1080p Support on the PS3 – In or Out?
The debate on whether Sony will include their promised 1080p support in the final Playstation 3 systems is ongoing with no definitive proof of it’s fate, but what appears to be a slip-up has surfaced on the Untold Legends Dark Kingdom website. Whether or not it’s just a typo, a selective game not opting into 1080p or a system wide drop of the 1080p standard, Dark Kingdom is stated to support a maximum of 1080i (1080 interlace) and not the promised 1080p of Playstation 3 games. This is quite the slip on Sony’s part.
