It’s called A Falling Sand Game, and in case it wasn’t obvious enough, it’s a game about falling sand. It’s a very popular physics simulator (it’s also known as World of Sand) that’s been ported on a lot of other platforms.
In this version of the simulator, you can do the basic stuff like pour sand, emit oil, emit water, emit salt, and freeze time.
