Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation DLC taking off, new planes inbound

Fans of the series should check out the planes dedicated to previous Ace Combat titles, while there’s another Idolmaster stealth bomber and a holiday themed ground-attacker for everyone else.

Ace pilots who already braved the skies of Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation on the Microsoft Xbox 360 have no reason to turn their wings in just yet, because Namco Bandai is mixing things up a bit with DLC. New downloadable planes will soon be available along with a new team battle map that costs 100 MS Points.

The foreboding A-10A Thunderbolt looks nice, but those who played through Ace Combat Zero would have a hard time trying to pick a favorite over F-15E Strike Eagle, which does the great wingman justice he deserves. Then again, for the enthusiast, all these angels are sweet.
