Activision announces Vigilante 8: Arcade for XBLA

Heads up, gamers! We’ve just learned that Activision is taking crime fighting and machine gun-carrying cars to the 360. They’ve just announced that a remake of Vigilante 8, now known as Vigilante 8: Arcade, will be making its way to the Xbox 360 via Xbox Live Arcade.

Activision has announced a new game for car combat junkies to enjoy. Along with Isopod Labs, Activision will be releasing a remake of the 1998 video game, Vigilante 8.

Now known as Vigilante 8: Arcade, the game features enhanced graphics and multiplayer gameplay, with up to eight players joining in on the multiplayer fun. Not much else is known at this time, but you can expect us to come up with more information as soon as it becomes available.
