ARMA II patch incoming, comes with free DLC

Bugs have been plaguing ARMA II players since release and many players have moved on to play the bigger titles. But for those who stayed with the game for all this time, good news. Bohemia Interactive is releasing a patch to fix the bugfest, and as a nice bonus, the patch comes with free downloadable content.

Bohemia Interactive is releasing a patch to fix the bugfest, and as a nice bonus, the patch comes with free downloadable content.

 

 

Patch 1.05 would not be the first patch to address the rather deal-breaking issues. It does, however, come with a little incentive to keep playing. A new “Eagle Wing” mini-campaign will be available, where you get to man an Apache to go on a mission. “When Diplomacy Falls” allows three-sided diplomacy across all factions, while “Warfare” mode lets you slug it out in the front lines or give tactical orders as a commander.

 

 

Bohemia’s letting this one out later this month, so maybe you’d like to swing their way for the holidays.
