Bill Wadleigh named executive producer for Phantom EFX’ Darkest of Days

Phantom EFX - Image 1Publisher Phantom EFX has named 12-year industry veteran Bill Wadleigh as Executive Producer in charge of supervising the development of Phantom EFX‘ upcoming FPS, Darkest of Days. Wadleigh is expected to work closely with 8Monkey Labs throughout the game’s development.

Wadleigh has an extensive resume to his name, showing his immersion in casino, online, and PC game development throughout his distinguished career. Prior to this position with Phantom EFX, he worked in San Francisco with Wagerworks/IGT. Further back, he called the shots for WMS Gaming in Chicago from 2001 to 2006.

His traditional gaming work includes Nightcaster and Fighter Ace 2 with VRI in Boulder, Colorado. Collaborations with Microsoft also yielded some role-playing and MMO games.

Darkest of Days is set to launch worldwide in 2008. Details have been scarce as far as the game’s content is concerned, but be assured that we’ll fill you in as information on the game is released.
