Bioshock release date confirmed: game surfaces this June
Publisher 2K Games just confirmed that the 360– and PC-version of Bioshock will be simultaneously released this June in both U.S. and Europe. That gives us enough time to practice our lungs to breathing underwater for this FPS-RPG set in a failed utopia deep below the ocean waves.
The game’s not going to be anything like “a Poseidon adventure”. More like Silent Hill meetsGears of War meets…Trauma Center?
It’s true though. The game’s going to be a survival thrill ride through a post-apocalyptic city infested by mutated corpses, hulking beasts, and zombie doctors. We don’t think scuba gear would be enough to protect you. At day’s end, it’d be raw fire-power, sheer determination, and probably a bath towel.
See? With a release date like June, that’s more than enough time to prepare yourself for the shock.
