Blue Dragon Direct Feed Trailer
Blue Dragon was the only Xbox360 game that made it into Famitsu’s latest most wanted games list in Japan. With Akira Toriyama (Dragonball) handling character design duties and Nobuo Uematsu (Final Fantasy) taking care of the game’s musical score, it’s not hard to imagine why Japanese gamers are eagerly anticipating this game’s release.
It’s been quite a long time since this trailer was first shown in Japan, but this is the first time a version with good enough quality has been released. Why? No idea. We were all too busy enjoying the video and trying to spot the Blue Dragon characters’ design similarities to characters from Dragonball to even try and think of a possible reason. We don’t think it matters, though. The important thing is that we’ve got this baby right here for you to download, watch, and enjoy.
Blue Dragon doesn’t have a definite release date yet, but we’re expecting an early-2007 release in Japan. Blue Dragon is being developed by Mistwalker, the studio founded by Square-Enix‘s Hironobu Sakaguchi.
