With the game’s release looming over the horizon, by now a lot of you guys are just itching to get your hands on S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl. Not to worry though, it won’t be that long before we get our hands on the game (release window is Q1 2007), but while we wait for the game to hit the shelves, we’re gonna have to make do with whatever game goodies we manage to grab.

With that in mind, here’s another batch of all-new screens to temporarily satiate those stalker-like cravings of yours. This upcoming GSC Game World-developed Sci-Fi FPS for the PC is built on GSC’s X-Ray engine and will have realistic physics simulation (ballistic, motions, fluid engine, snow, rain, explosions, etc.). You’ll also be glad to know that Shadow of Chernobyl will have powerful skeleton-based animation which allows motion-capture hardware usage and produces smooth and realistic motion of characters…basically, kick-ass graphics.

So anyway, we’ll let the screens speak for themselves, just click on the thumbnails below if you wanna see the screens in all their gory goodness. Enjoy!
