This was according to Capcom‘s Community Manager himself, Seth Killian.

According to Killian, there are no plans for additional DLC right now because: “We want the core game to be a completely functional package, and character DLC could split the user-base.”

It will be remembered that back in February of this year, Capcom’s Yoshinoro Ono gave out a spark of hope for Dee-Jay and T.Hawk’s fans that they might be able to make it in the SFIV roster after all — it will all just depend on how much clamor Capcom will get from the fans for these two characters.

With Killian’s pronouncements, however, that hope just got much more unlikely to happen. Still, maybe if you wish hard enough for it?
