Capcom to bombard PC with “triple threat” in July: Bionic Commando, SFIV, RE5

Capcom - Image 1They coined it the “triple threat of gaming excellence”. We’d have to agree. Starting this July, PC gamers will get the treat of their lives from Capcom, with the launch of three great titles: Bionic Commando (Xbox 360 and PS3), Street Fighter IV (PS3, Xbox 360), and Resident Evil 5 (Xbox 360 and  PS3 ). All optimized, all with new PC-specific features.

Here are the features that will make the difference in the PC versions matter:

Bionic Commando: will support higher resolutions than the console version, remappable controls including mouse and keyboard support, support for both DirectX®9 and DirectX® 10 and online connectivity for multiplayer sessions.

Street Fighter IV: will feature online play, higher screen resolutions, three new shaders based on three of the “artistic” trailers released in 2008 that will change the visual appearance of the game: “watercolor”, “posterization” and “sumi-e ink” styles.

Resident Evil 5: will feature online play for co-operative play sessions over the Internet and will also take advantage of NVIDIA‘s new GeForce 3D vision technology (wireless 3D vision glasses sold separately).

So watch out for this triple threat in PC gaming excellence.
