The survey showed that young people from the ages of 18 to 29 and non-white Americans are more likely to use their cell phones for personal use, games, personal computers, games, downloading music, cameras and much more. Almost two-thirds of young adults use their phones for text messages. More than half use them to take pictures and almost have use them to play games. Two-thirds said they would really miss their cell phones and three fourths have used them for emergency purposes.
