CLOUD buyers’ comments on FF 13, FF Versus trailers

For the past couple of weeks now, there have been rumors circulating around that Square Enix will be revealing new trailers for PlayStation 3 exclusives Final Fantasy 13 and Final Fantasy Versus 13 at the upcoming Jump Festa 2008 event.

The company then confirmed recently that it will indeed showcase new trailers at the event. Now we have word that some lucky Japanese fans have already seen said Final Fantasy trailers after getting an early copy of the concept art book CLOUD. More details after the jump!

The company then confirmed recently that it will indeed showcase new trailers at the event. Now we have word that some lucky Japanese fans have already seen said Final Fantasy trailers after getting an early copy of the concept art book CLOUD.

We still don’t have a copy of the videos but according to gamers, the Final Fantasy 13 trailer is not entirely new. However, these same fans expressed amazement after watching the video for Final Fantasy Versus.

According to them, it seems that the previously released trailer was modified and extended. None of the new characters showed up but more battle scenes have been added. Also, the car of the main character now has a TV set installed but the radio news broadcast was removed.
