Cossacks Emperor’s Edition announced

CDV Software Entertainment USA has announced a triple dose of Cossacks in one package. Cossacks: Emperor’s Edition combines three RTS games in one package: Cossacks: European Wars, Cossacks: Back to War, and Cossacks II: Battle for Europe.

Cossacks: European Wars focuses on the 16th to 18th century. You can command armies of up to 8,000 individual units during this time where nations and states in Europe were still forming.

Cossacks: Back to War concentrates on the 16th, 17th, and 18th century. The Swiss infantry is available as playable units in the game, so you can see firsthand why members of the infantry became the European mercenaries of choice. The game offers over 100 new battles, so expect to spend some time on this one.

Cossacks II: Battle for Europe allows you to participate in the Napoleonic Wars where you can lead Napoleon’s Grand Army or those which opposed it in significant battles that occurred during the 19th century. Famous battles such as Borodino and Battle of Waterloo provide exciting what-if missions. Single-player and multi-player modes are available adding more replayability to the game.
