Cryptic radio messages suddenly appear on Portal

And suddenly, there were radios. That would be in Portal, thanks to the new update that came out today.

 

And suddenly, there were radios. That would be in Portal, thanks to the new update that came out today. The patch notes did say something about it, though, to the effect that “Changed radio transmission frequency to comply with federal and state spectrum management regulations.”

 

 

It certainly doesn’t make much sense. Unless it’s a sort of code for Portal 2, maybe? What do you reckon this cryptic message could be? Do share with us if you feel you’re able to get it. In the meantime, we’ll go try have a crack at it ourselves.
