E3 2009: No mercy – the first trailer for Gladiator A.D.

Gladiator A.D. - Image 1With the announcement from High Voltage Software earlier this week, the Conduit developer has just released the first vid for their new Coliseum bloodbath fighter, Gladiator A.D. Now don’t go expecting too much just yet, the game is just in the early stages of development, and you could say that High Voltage is sort of excused for the lackluster graphics on this one. For what it’s worth, Gladiator A.D. still seems promising.

The 300-style slow-mo effect is already there, although for now it looks more like a buffering lag than a slow-down, High Voltage still has plenty of time to improve that though. Also note that the game is set only for the Wii, so those looking for some gore on the platform may look to this one in the future when they’re tired of MadWorld.
