EverQuest II: The Fallen Dynasty – Chapter 3: Revelations
Sony Online Entertainment has recently released the third chapter of the EverQuest II: The Fallen Dynasty‘s story. The third chapter tagged as Revelations, talks of how Chel’Drak stands out from the collective and how Zhen Mei is changing. Also, it follows the conversation of adventurers Yanix and Irisa and their perception of Darathar, Nagafen, and Venekor.
As Irisa was healing Yanix, he couldn’t help but talk of his utter distrust of things being said by the dragonkind. He believes that all of them – Darathar, Nagafen, and Venekor – are motivated by greed and lust for power, but he pointed out that Chel’Drak is different and Irisa agreed with him on that. She continued by saying that “he (Chel’Drak) seemed a noble creature. He fought with true purpose, almost as is if he was testing us.” They ended up planning to use up the portal to be able to talk to the old man about the situation – he may seem senile, but something tells them that he might be in the middle of all these.
There was also a part in the chapter about Zhen Mei’s unexplained and sudden change. In their conversation, Sensei Kozon senses that something is changing about Zhen Mei – something unexplainable. In the end Zhen Mei was able to concoct an answer and that is “I remember…I remember everything.”.
