A job listing over at Creative Heads has revealed that Factor 5’s upcoming PS3 title, Lair, will have online play functioinality. The job listing states the following:

You will be responsible for creating and implementing networked gameplay on next generation consoles.

    Specifically your field of work will focus on:
    • Networking in a game console environment
    • Networked game logic and prediction
    • Player match making and interface

Requirements:
    • Networking and networked game logic
    • Networking on game console API’s
    • Proficient in C/C++
    • Good C++ design skills
    • Be able to see the big picture
    • Console experience
