Rebuild, that’s what! This is the general theme of Square Enix‘s upcoming WiiWare title, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Young King and the Promised Land.

The game is essentially a city builder with an RPG twist. The newest entry on the official website for the game explains one of the major game mechanics: The ability to research and create new products to get your country going.

Putting into consideration the number of adventurers that go through you town, you have to allocate which kind of items and equipment the different buildings in your town will focus on producing.

Don’t forget that also you have to balance all of these project within the royal budget, which is generated by the taxes reaped from the town. It definitely sounds like a big task for our little king, but it builds the stage for one of the more unique games in the Final Fantasy franchise.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Young King and the Promised Land is set to be released this March and will cost 1,500 Wii Points for download.
