Final release: PSPZX81 v1.2.0, Sinclair ZX81 emulator for PSP

Homebrew developer Zx-81has released the final version of PSPZX81, the Sinclair ZX81 emulator for the PSP. Now on version v1.2.0, the emulator has several new features, including new hotkeys. Check out the full article for all the changes.

The final version of PSPZX81, the PSP emulator for the Sinclair ZX81 is now out. The emulator is now on version 1.2.0 and has been updated with several new features.

In case you’re not familiar with the Sinclair ZX81, it was a home computer released back in 1981. The device ran on the Sinclair BASIC operating system.

Here’s the changelog for PSPZX81, from homebrew developer Zx-81:

• New eboot icons based on Raven’s stuff
• Add several new hotkeys :
• settings such as fps, render mode can now be directly modified inside the emulator (no need to enter in the settings menu)
• quick save / quick load current state (no need to enter in the main menu)
• Default Hotkeys can now be set in the keyboard mapping menu (useful to add hotkeys on existing/previous keyboard files)
• Add vsync option
• Can now be compiled for linux (useful for debug)
• Bug fix in the low battery watchdog
