First in-game screenshots of Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix revealed

Street Fighter
fans were treated to a first-ever gameplay footage of the work-in-progress Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix by Capcom for Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network, and we just couldn’t wait to get our hands on the downloadable classic after seeing the video taken with a phone camera. Now, the official Street Fighter HD development blog is finally updated with first in-game work-in-progress screenshots that show off how good the game will look like upon its release.

There’s a noticeable difference between the screenshots below (aside from the obvious differences such as picture size), and that’s because the one on the left is an off-screen shot of a TV displaying the playable demo shown on last Gamer’s Day. Also, the sprites are quite different since the second screenshot below shows sprites with less shadows and lighter line weight.

Do take note that the game is still a work-in-progress, so there’s an off-chance that some graphical element will be modified when the game is finished. More updates to come!
