Flipping the pages of history with FF Tactics: The Lion War scans

Ramza and Delita

It’s been almost ten years now since Final Fantasy Tactics was released for the PSone. And even up to now, despite how many times I convince myself to try the game once again, I still haven’t finished the game (sorry, it was a bit too hard for me). Call me a no0b, call me a dolt. But c’mon, the game really was hard, what with all the meticulous micro-management involved. And it’s not that I didn’t like the game. You have to give me credit for putting up with it after all these years.

And so, when I heard that it was getting “ported” (ah, that misleading word) over to the PSP, imagine my joy. Now, not only can I try finishing the game for the nth time, but with FF Tactics: The Lion War, I get to try finishing it complete with new content. It’s got new animation cut-scenes and a rumored Ad-Hoc multiplayer feature. And what surfaces today but more scans from Famitsu? Check them out to see even more of those cut-scenes. They’re looking mighty neat. If you’re asking for more, Famitsu teases us by saying that more images will be available come December 28 on Square Enix‘s official site for the game.
