Forsworn: new expansion for EverQuest’s Legends Of Norrath TCG

Sony Online Entertainment has announced that they will be releasing Forsworn, a new expansion for the EverQuest online TCG Legends of Norrath, this December 18. The set contains 235 new game cards, new gameplay and multiplayer options, as well as 22 new loot items that registered players can use with their MMORPG characters.

Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) has announced that they will be releasing Forsworn, a new expansion for the EverQuest online Trading Card Game (TCG) Legends of Norrath, on December 18. The set contains 235 new game cards, new gameplay and multiplayer options, as well as 22 new loot items that registered players can use with their MMORPG characters.

The multiplayer features that were added are sure to appeal to those who’ve gotten tired of the normal one-on-one matches. Players will probably appreciate the additional multiplayer features, which now allows for two-on-two games. In addition, the online TCG now has a new co-op multiplayer option which has teams of card floppers going up against A.I. opponents in raid style matches.

If you plan on picking up a few of these digital trading cards when it comes out, you’ll be able to pick up a starter deck of 58 cards for US$ 9.99 while booster packs with 15 cards will be sold for US$ 2.99.
