When EGM came back, people were expecting it to come back strong. With their lineup of news features on their front covers, it sure looks like that’s what they’re out to do. Majorly teasing your appetites: a coverage on “Gears of War 3“.
This supposed coverage appeared on their supscription page for what can onlyh be their next issue, with Super Street Fighter IV taking front and center. However, on the lower right corner lies a list of games to watch out for inside: Halo: Reach, Metal Gear Solid: Rising, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, Super Mario Galaxy 2, and… what’s this? “Gears of War 3“???
Truly curious, isn’t it. It also only adds to the fire that an announcement is imminent (actually, all that we need now is an actual confirmation from Epic), after rumors began swirling about that we might see the third iteration from Epic Games’ major franchise sometime next year.
For now, this is all that we have, but definitely, we’ll be keeping you up to speed on what’s next for this epic title. In the meantime, savor that front cover and watch out for it when the issue does come out.
