German Open Beta of Runescape goes live
Jagex Ltd.’s just announced the Open Beta launch of the German language version of their MMORPG offering, Runescape. The German translation of the game includes both the free and members areas of the game. Now our German-only readers and speakers could also check out the Enlightened Journey, Morytania storyline among many others.
In case you don’t know, Runescape began in 1998 and has been programmed with Java. Low system requirements and almost non-existent lag gave the MMORPG over five million active players and 950, 000 subscribers.
The German version of the game is accompanied by a new German-language website that is packed with features, including unique news articles and active forums.
