Handheld remake of Flash game N will be U.S.-only

N - Image 1Word has come out that N+, the handheld remake of the Flash-based puzzle platformer N, will only be available in the U.S. This was confirmed to gaming news website Eurogamer by Atari.

N+ revolves around a ninja named N who must run and jump his way across various levels, all the while collecting gold and looking for the way out. Once you find the level’s exit, you win. This endeavor is made harder by having the clock against you and running into progressively more difficult obstacles.

The game, which will be released for the Nintendo DS and Sony PSP handheld systems in November, will be created by Silverbirch. A level editor will also reportedly be in the game, letting players create and share their own levels with other players around the world. N creator Metanet and Klei Entertainment are also reportedly working on an XBLA version.
