Hori Announces New Screen Protector for DS Lite

 

 

 

Japanese gaming accessory manufacturer Hori has announced their new screen protector, “LCD Filter DS Lite”, for Nintendo’s coming DS Lite”.

 

The “LCD Filter DS Lite” is targeted for the incoming new model of Nintendo’s DS Lite, which will be released on March, 2. The screen protector will come in two pieces, in different purposes for the 2 screens of DS Lite. The one for the upper screen uses AR coating, to focus on higher transparency. The one for the touch panel will make the pen less slippery, for smoother text input with the touch pen.

 

Hori will be releasing “LCD Filter DS” for Nintendo DS the same day on March 2, which is also the launch day for DS Lite itself. The prices of the two products are all 714 JPY ($6.06 USD). Please make sure you buy the correct one for your handheld.
