iQrio CamP3

iQrio CamP3I have a confession to make. I am a lousy techie….or should I say pseudo-techie? You know, toying with gadgets and all, making an impression that I am well adept in manipulating amazing gadget like cameras that can preserve reality in a flash of a second. I wouldn’t mind to be such a phony as long as I am living in a sort of a laid back community somewhere in the neverland where existence is limited to only few choices. Disposable camera would even fit my taste. But what if you were living in a highly urbanized city where one could easily lost in the hustle and bustle of life? What if the only entertainment you can get is taking pictures, and listening to your fave music right in the palm of your hand ? I thought I had found just the right solution when I saw the iQRIO CamP3, but I became quite disappointed when I learned that it is just a copycat of Sony’s DSC-M1, with exactly the same casing, buttons, LED, and power plug button. It’s only plus point is its ability to capitalize on Sony’s limitation by adding MP3 and PMP. Shooting VGA videos at 30fps and can manage SD card to 2GB is somewhat an attempt to put a little edge to its nemesis. I’ll have to keep my money for a while.
