Just Dance breaks 1 million sales mark in US, 2M worldwide

Just Dance continues to dance all the way to the bank with more money for Ubisoft as it raked in an additional 236,000 units sold for the month of March alone. This ups the game’s sales numbers to past a million since its November 2009 launch in the U.S.

Ubisoft has sent out an announcement proclaiming the surpassing of the 2 million sales mark worldwide since its debut. Said Tony Key, SVP sales and marketing for Ubisoft US, “With Just Dance‘s success we’ve seen a renewal of the music video game genre, as this is truly a game that is accessible and enjoyable for everyone.”

 

 

 

Just Dance allows up to four people to dance to on-screen choreographed moves, like the now-classic Dance Dance Revolution franchise from Konami.
