Metroid Prime 3 Been in Development Since October

Matt Casamassina, editor-in-chief of IGN Wii, has some good news in his blog for all you Metroid Prime lovers:

“I’m really looking forward to playing Metroid Prime 3, by the way. I’m such a big Metroid fan and here’s the thing: Retro was doing things on Wii last October what third parties with “major” Wii games are only coming to grips with now. I’m expecting Samus to own all competitors.

If Metroid Prime 3 was well on its way back in October 2005, that would mean it should be at a very polished state at E3. Like Matt previously said, it’ll be fully playable. The chances of it being launched look high.
