Mobile Suit Gundam: Crossfire, the first PS3 title confirmed to launch at the same time as the console, has come a long way. It started as anime TV series written and directed by Yoshiyuki Tomino way back in 1979. The series was not an instant success though and was axed after 43 episodes.
