NEC: New Wireless Router Firmware for Enhancing Sony PSP Support
NEC Access Techinca released new firmware for their IEEE 802.11a/b/g wireless router product “AtermWR7800H” and “AtermWR6600H”. The firmware files can be downloaded from the official website for free.
The released firmware will upgrade both products to version 8.57. The connecting functions for PSP are enhanced; “Wireless LAN Power Saving Mode” of PSP can be used with these WiFi products.
This firmware update also fixed a problem when more than 1 GingaNet’s video telephone terminal “WARPGATE” were connected to the router.
