New Gyakuten Kenji videos show Edgeworth in action

Phoenix may have passed the torch to rookie defense attorney Apollo Justice, but Edgey is still alive and kicking in his own new game, Gyakuten Kenji, or Perfect Prosecutor by Capcom. Those hungry for more Gyakuten Kenji (or Miles Edgeworth: Perfect Prosecutor) coverage can now ogle these two trailers that feature everyone’s favorite prosecutor Miles Edgeworth. See him (and his bumbling-yet-lovable sidekick, Dick Gumshoe) in a series of flashbacks and scant images and scenes that offer a peek into game developer Capcom‘s Gyakuten Kenji’s gameplay.

If we’re not mistaken, Edgeworth will still be doing some good old courtroom drama aside from walking around in third-person fashion, collecting evidences to incriminate the defendant. It looks like several characters will be returning for the game, as well, like Ema Skye and Lotta Hart. Can you spot the other returning characters briefly shown in the trailer?

We’re all still wondering about who that mysterious girl is, who is shown at the end of Gyakuten Kenji’s trailer. Will she be taking the role of the eccentric female sidekick, like Phoenix’ Maya Fey and Ema Skye, or Apollo’s Trucy? But nah, Edgeworth already has Gumshoe for that, even if he’s not of the female persuasion.
