Ninja Gaiden 2 Sonia Reveal video plus art

Tomonobu Itagaki and the rest of Team Ninja really know how to tease their fans, and this new Ninja Gaiden 2 video is another good example. Ryu Hayabusa is in the limelight once again, but this time he’s joined by female CIA agent Sonia. Check out what she adds to the thickening plot when you watch the clip in the full article. Exclusives to a console are always good news, but Tecmo and Team Ninja‘s Ninja Gaiden 2 for the Microsoft Xbox 360 is beyond that. Few titles are as looked forward to as this one, and for good reason. Tomonobu Itagaki and company did such a great job with Ninja Gaiden Black for the original Xbox that expectations for this one had to be at lofty levels.

This new video just came out and it sheds more light on Ninja Gaiden 2‘s plot. Ryu Hayabusa, of course, is in the limelight. However, he shares it now with a new female character named Sonia who works for the CIA. She tells Ryu about some brewing trouble for the Hayabusa clan, and it doesn’t look pretty because those nasty old fiends are intent on bringing their great grand-daddy Arch Fiend back to life for some backup.
