Ninja Gaiden Demo out this April

Ninja Gaiden Sigma - Image 1 We’ve previously informed you folks that Yosuke Hayashi saw adding PlayStation Home functionality to the much awaited Team Ninja game, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, as another factor that could delay the June 26 release of the game.

Well, in an interview with Japanese gaming magazine, Famitsu, it seems that Team Ninja is really conscious of the anticipation for the game, and the urgent need for more games for the PS3. IGN informs that to keep folks happy, Yosuke Hayashi reveals that a playable demo of the game will be available for download on the PlayStation Network on April 27.

It wasn’t revealed if the demo will be available to Sony PlayStation 3 owners outside of Japan. However, Hayashi did note that the demo will include an online score rank mode that should allow players from throughout the world to compare their game skills.

Even if there isn’t official word yet, if we go by that “throughout the world” comment, then it seems safe to say that PS3 gamers, from Australia to Malta, will able to enjoy Ninja Gaiden Sigma next month.
