NIS America’s next PSP RPG is probably one of the best-named games I’ve ever come across. Say hello to Z.H.P. Unlosing Ranger vs. Darkdeath Evilman, the localized version of Zettai Hero Kaizou Keikaku.

 

 

 

 

NIS America’s next PSP RPG is probably one of the best-named games I’ve ever come across. Say hello to Z.H.P. Unlosing Ranger vs. Darkdeath Evilman, the localized version of Zettai Hero Kaizou Keikaku.

 

The game’s premise is just as far out. The Unlosing Ranger is on his way to battle his nemesis, Darkdeath Evilman, when he gets hit by a car and dies. Now a ghost, he must train the kid who took over his job.

 

The gameplay is your typical dungeon crawler, but Z.H.P. lets players customize the Unlosing Ranger’s whole body, not just his equipment. You can give his, for instance, drill arms and tank legs or (in the case of the Japanese version) even make him look like famous DIsgaea characters.

 

Z.H.P. Unlosing Ranger vs. Darkdeath Evilman will come out this winter both as a digital download and as a UMD release.
