Some sad news for those folks who want to access the recently opened PSN Video Store from outside the US. Joystiq reports that Sony‘s PSN Video Store is IP-locked to the United States.

What does this mean, exactly? Well, if you have a US account, but don’t live in the US (let’s say Europe), you still won’t be able to access the video store. In any event, this means that folks outside the US will have to wait for their respective areas to open up shop. Let’s hope it happens soon.
