NP2 For PSP v0.2 Released

Sakahi has released v0.2 of Neko Project 2, the PC-9801E emulator..  Changes to this version include the following:

• now sound plays
• exit process (can return to home, and save into ini file)
• installation directory limitation no longer necessary
• fixed bug when can’t get current time (create time /localtime automatically using functions with prefix “sceKernal-“)
• stopped using malloc (using functions with prefix “sceKernal-” for malloc)
• Text problem of dialogs is fixed (rewrote sprintf)
• Base source changed from 0.81 to 0.81a
• source released
