One of Starbreeze’s collaborations with EA canned

 

 

Chronicles of Riddick developer Starbreeze signed a two-game collaborative deal with publisher EA a while back. The developer today announced that one of these projects have already been canned.

“We will continue to focus only on a big production together with EA,” said Starbreeze CEO Johan Kristiansson. “Our relationship with EA is stronger than ever, and the aim now is to spend more resources on the game that demonstrated the greatest potential. This game is already in full production.”
EA had Starbreeze working on a new Jason Bourne game as well as a rumored reboot of the SYndicate franchise. It was not made clear which of these two games had “the greatest potential.”
