Pairs DS

Pairs DS

Psym has released his first almost-done homebrew game for the DS. He calls it Pairs DS. It is a simple memory game that uses multi-colored tiles that are faced down. The object is to match same colored tiles. Once matched, the tiles are eliminated. A level is completed once all the tiles have been paired up.

The game has been tested on Dualis and hardware (using M3). Some notes from the developer: Transparency is broken on the menu. And the game plays open book-style, so you might have to tilt your head when playing it on an emulator.

Like he said, the game is almost done but isn’t complete. The options, timer, and turn counter are not working. If you’re waiting for a fixed version sorry to say there won’t be one. Psym is leaving Pair DS as is because he has other projects to do. So if there’s anybody out there who wants to help iron out the kinks in Pair DS that would be great.
