For many a PSP owner, nothing gets under their skin quite like the sight of a couple of dead pixels on their handheld’s screen. With that said, we’re happy to report that pspflashsystem has something you just might need.
It’s Pixel Alarm v0.1, a lua-coded homebrew application that cycles red, green, and blue colors eliminate dead/stuck pixels on your LCD screen.
It’s a quick and easy to use application, although we urgently warn users to look away from the screen when it’s activated – those rapidly flashing colors might induce those nasty game-related seizures you may have read about.
