Plants vs. Zombies now available at retail

Yep, Plants vs. Zombies is now for sale at retail.

The console versions for PopCap Games‘ alive and kickin’ hit of a game about the undead attacking your lawns, which are in turn protected by them fragile but fierce plants may not yet be ready, but the retail version for the PC is!

PopCap has sent out a press release announcing that the free-to-play online title, Plants vs. Zombies, is now available on retail. Price tag is only under UK£ 10, so if you haven’t downloaded it yet, and you’d want to spend for it, then now is the time to do so. It doesn’t make sense why you’d want to pay for something you can get for free, but each to his own.

That said, I wonder (and actually hope) there’d be more content in this retail version. You know, to make paying for it worth it. Either way, it’s a brainless way to have fun.
