While a Windows XP portal for the PlayStation Portable isn’t exactly a new concept, developer BJK has decided to create a uniquely user friendly portal that simulates all the major features of a Windows interface.

What makes this Windows portal different from others is that it is highly customizable by even the most casual of programmers, especially since most of it was merely done on Microsoft Word. The developer explains that this was done so that the portal can easily be updated with small bug fixes and add-ons.
