PSP Pandora Deluxe v1.3 – fixed Installer, added more XMB support tools

The latest build fixes the bundled Installer program and now copies the necessary files into the appropriate folders into your handheld. Aside from that, the app also adds two new XMB support tools – FuSa screenShoot and JoySens 1.42b. As for the other new changes, here are the details to the latest changelog for PSP Pandora Deluxe v1.3:
- Fixed the Installer (wasn’t installing to specified path).
- Added Windows 98SE/ME/2000/2003 Support.
- Added an option to use MSPFormat to format the stick.
