PTR patch changes as of April 25

World of Warcraft forum member Kainazzo has started a thread on the official forums compiling all the changes from the latest WoW patch applied on 4/25. Thanks to input from other forum members, they’ve built up a pretty good list of the current patch changes. Aside from the expected bug fixes, changes have also been made to some talents, most notably the Paladin talent Illumination.

Here’s the current patch notes list:

Hunters:

• Viewing Pet Details no longer results in a fatal error
• Using aimed shot and steady shot no longer results in turning 180 degrees

Paladins:

• Illumination now returns 60% of base mana cost, up from 50%.
• 1h weapon spec is now working, and is causing 5% more damage to spells like consecrate and holy shield while a 1 handed weapon is equipped.

Rogues:

• Tier 4 Rogue Shoulders bonuses were changed from 10 Dodge rating to 10 Hit rating.

Other:

• Alliance epic flying mount animation has been fixed.
• Random system message saying “Mount Hyjal up!“
• New NPC in the center of Shat, “Jimmy Mcweaksauce” will flag and teleport you to the caverns of time for Mount Hyjal.

Items :

• Almost every set bonus was reworked to stack properly with other set bonuses
• The meta gems bought with Spirit Shards now function properly.
• Primal Nethers are down to 10 badges from 12.
• New Epic Helms are down from 60 badges to 50.
