We don’t like to be the bearer of bad news here at QJ, and for that exact reason, we thought we’d remind you that the Halo 3 Beta sign-up is open today! We don’t want anybody missing out on the action. Said beta was only announced a week ago. We also have some good news because the guys over at Bungie have announced that the Halo 3 Beta will not only be available in North America but also in the US, Europe, and elsewhere in the world. You heard that one right!

The big day (and time) coincides with the showing of the Halo 3 commercial which was also announced last week. To get an idea (for those who aren’t big fans of Halo) of just how important this bit of news about the game is, let’s see what commenter “Meat” says about the order of importance for many gamers: “Girls (or guys), Halo, Gears Of War, everything else”.
