Revenant Wings: More character art…and the Cactuar!

If you haven’t caught on to Square Enix‘s Final Fantasy XII yet (or don’t own a PS2, you poor soul), now might be a good time to check out its decidedly cuter portable. Sure, we have yet to receive a release date for Revenant Wings for the DS in Japan, but  that shouldn’t stop us from enjoying our other pastime – ogling screenshots and game art.

Up ahead more pics of this upcoming title, along with a close-up of some of the more familiar monsters and summons you may have collected in the game’s previous incarnation. We make special mention of the ever-present Cactaur, which has gone chibi (you mean it wasn’t before?) this time around, along with Vaan, Penelo, and the rest of the crew. Enjoy the pics, and make sure to check out the other side to the tales of Ivalice.
