Richard Garriott: Tabula Rasa to enter Closed Beta soon
Applicants of the Beta test phase for NCSoft‘s next MMORPG have received an e-mail message through the newsletter subscription channel straight from Richard Garriott himself, stating that the game will be entering a Closed Beta (selective beta-testing) period “within the next several weeks.”
Since Tabula Rasa remained in the “Family & Friends” beta-testing phase for the past months, “Lord British” Garriott said, “I am extremely excited about the progress that has occurred over the recent months and I canÂ’t wait for you to get in and test it out yourselves!”
Garriott also outlined how the Closed Beta testing mechanics should work out: “Once Closed Beta has begun, alerts will go out to small groups of players from this list. This will occur in waves, so I ask that you please be patient.” So prepare yourself for the fight against The Bane and prime your Logos familiarity to be qualified for such an opportunity.
