Manhunt 2 - Image 1Rockstar Games will be making another push next week to get Manhunt 2 (Sony PlayStation 2, Sony PlayStation Portable, and Nintendo Wii) onto store shelves in the UK. According to MCV, the publisher will be taking its case to the Video Appeals Committee on November 26.

The meeting between Rockstar and the Video Appeals Committee will take place in London‘s The De Vere Hotel, where Rockstar will appeal against the British Board of Film Classification‘s (BBFC) decision to ban Manhunt 2 in the UK. This was reportedly confirmed by the BBFC.

The publisher will be appealing to get the revised version of Manhunt 2 – which is the same as the one currently being sold in the U.S. – onto UK store shelves. The BBFC rejected the revisions made to the game early last month. Rockstar has also hit some walls stateside, with Target confirming that it has removed Manhunt 2 from its shelves.
