Eidos-Montreal is currently working on a new title in the Deus Ex series. That’s no secret, but are they also developing a new Thief game? That’s what some people are thinking, based purely on one little image found on the studio’s website.

Some have pointed out that the font used in the image bears a striking resemblance to that used in the Thief games. If it is a new Thief game, here’s hoping that it gets a release on the PS3 and Xbox 360 along with the PC, just like Deus Ex 3 (PS3, 360, PC).
Oh wait, Square Enix now owns – or rather, WILL own – Eidos right? Now, imagine an emo Garrett who can’t even walk silently due to all the extraneous stuff hanging off his outfit. Haha, I kid, I kid. Square Enix has already said they won’t be meddling with Eidos’ operations. But seriously, that would suck if it came to pass.
